## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://jp-volcano-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://jp-volcano-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://jp-volcano-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
